1 Introduction & Acceptance

Welcome to dk444 (the "Platform"), accessible at dk444.asia. These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", or "you") and the dk444 platform operators (the "Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This Agreement governs all access to and use of the dk444 website, mobile-optimised interface, games, betting markets, payment services, promotional programmes, and any other features or services offered through the Platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age Requirement

No person under the age of 21 may register an account, access the gaming lobby, place a wager, or receive any promotional offer from dk444 under any circumstances.

2.2 Residency & Jurisdictional Eligibility

2.3 Single Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on the dk444 Platform. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally to exploit promotions or unintentionally — will be merged or closed. 2.4 Verification Documents

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Process

The registration form requires, at minimum, a valid username, a secure password, a functioning email address, and confirmation that you meet the age and eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You warrant that all information provided during registration and at any subsequent point is truthful, accurate, and up to date. You agree to promptly notify dk444 of any changes to your registered details by contacting support. dk444 will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate information provided by the user.

3.3 Account Ownership

Your account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to any other person. You may not allow any other individual to access or use your account. All activity recorded on your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and bonuses claimed — is your sole responsibility regardless of who performed that activity.

3.4 Account Closure

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting the dk444 support team. Upon closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with the normal withdrawal procedures. Bonuses that have not met their wagering requirements at the time of account closure will be forfeited. Re-registration after voluntary closure is permitted subject to the eligibility requirements in Section 2.

4 Account Security

You agree not to share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify the dk444 support team immediately. dk444 will investigate the matter promptly and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation to protect your funds.

dk444 implements TLS 1.3 encryption, login activity monitoring, SMS-confirmed withdrawal authorisation, and session timeout controls to protect your account. However, you remain responsible for ensuring that the device and network you use to access the Platform are reasonably secure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

dk444 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit is ৳100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds are displayed in your account cashier and are subject to periodic review.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay are credited to your dk444 account instantly upon confirmation from the payment provider. dk444 does not apply processing fees to deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which dk444 accepts no liability.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within five minutes for bKash and Nagad, 24 hours a day, every day of the year including Bangladesh public holidays. You may only withdraw funds to a payment account that is registered in your own name. dk444 reserves the right to request verification of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.

5.4 Withdrawal Conditions

To be eligible for withdrawal, your account must have completed the applicable wagering requirements for any active bonus. Funds originating from a deposit bonus must meet the stated wagering multiplier before they may be transferred to your withdrawable balance. Withdrawal of a deposit prior to meeting bonus wagering requirements may result in forfeiture of the associated bonus and any bonus-derived winnings.

5.5 Anti-Money Laundering

dk444 operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering principles. The Platform reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any account, including requesting source-of-funds documentation, transaction history, and identity verification, where unusual activity is detected. Any account found to be involved in money laundering or financial fraud will be closed immediately and the matter reported to the relevant authorities.

5.6 Currency

All account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions on dk444 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). There are no currency conversion fees and no USD or other foreign currency intermediary steps applied to any transaction on the Platform.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, dk444 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, BPL season, and ICC tournaments. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, which will be published on the promotional page or communicated via your account notification centre.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. 6.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonuses that are not activated within the specified activation window, and wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified completion period, will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated uncleared winnings will be removed from your account without notice.

6.5 Right to Withdraw or Modify Promotions

dk444 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. This includes adjusting wagering requirements, changing eligible games, or capping the maximum bonus amount. Any modification will not retroactively affect bonuses already activated by players prior to the change.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Game Availability

The games and betting markets available on dk444 are subject to change without notice. dk444 may add, remove, or suspend any game or market at any time for operational, technical, or compliance reasons. The Platform does not guarantee the permanent availability of any specific game, provider, or betting market.

7.2 Bet Acceptance

All bets are subject to acceptance by dk444. The Platform reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason. A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your account balance.

7.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game or bet, dk444 reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the relevant stake to the player's account. Winnings generated as a result of a known error, game malfunction, or incorrect odds display are void and will not be paid. The Platform will not be liable for any loss of winnings resulting from a technical failure beyond its reasonable control.

7.4 Sports Betting Settlement

Sports bets are settled on the basis of official results as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute regarding a result, dk444's decision, made in good faith on the basis of available official information, is final. Live in-play bets are settled based on the final official result of the event, not the score at the time the bet was placed, unless the specific market type dictates otherwise.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dk444 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age, or providing false information regarding your age or identity;
• Creating more than one account on the Platform or assisting another person in doing so to exploit promotional offers;

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement does not create any rights enforceable by third parties.
